Eat Move Think - Day 30 Workout
Welcome to your final workout of our Eat Move Think challenge! Today's Move section is a little different that what we have been doing. For our last day I decided to do something fun. I've got 5 different one minute workouts from Autumn Calabrese for you. The final move is an advanced move so you if find it too difficult feel free to substitute in a different move from the past 30 days. Do each move for one full minute before moving on to the next move. If you are feeling extra motivated, do two or three sets to burn more calories and finish strong!
