During my time as a Beachbody coach, I have done many, many programs.  Check out some of my results below.

 

FOCUS T25

I did T25 shortly after the birth of my third baby.  I lost 10.6 pounds and 17.5 inches over the course of the program.  Bye bye baby belly! You can get more info on T25 here.

T25

P90X3

I actually documented my entire P90X3 journey with daily videos. I chose this program because I wanted to increase my athletic ability and strength.  By the end of the program I had added 3 inches to my vertical leap, increased my toe touch by 1.5 inches to a total of 5.5 inches, and I was able to do 24 push-ups on my toes, which was 9 more than I could do before P90X3. 3 Day Refresh

Nutrition has always been a stuggle for me. I completed the 3 Day Refresh and lost 3 pounds and 1.5 inches off my waist, along with .5 an inch from my hips. Not bad for three days! Watch my video review here: https://youtu.be/mRrR0RzkU8E

21 Day Fix

I did a round of the 21 Day Fix after having baby #4. I started 5 1/2 weeks after my c-section. The workouts went by super quick, which is perfect for a busy mom like me. I lost 6 pounds and 4.5 inches in three weeks! I also created some good nutritional habits, like eating spinach every day.  I am amazed at how well this program works.  I will defintely be doing more rounds in the future.
