Day 11!! Can you believe it! Today I've got one of the most popular poses for you, and a yummy dessert that sounds incredibly delectable!

Plank Pose

Ah plank. One of the most popular poses out there. Plank is great because it works your whole body - your core, arms, shoulders, legs, glutes, etc. To do plank, get into a pushup position. Keep your arms straight and your hands below your shoulders. Keep your butt level with your body and engage your core. Squeeze your glutes while you hold the pose. Keep your gaze forward so your head remains level with your body. If you need to modify, you can drop to your knees and hold the position. Make sure your booty isn't sagging or up in the air.

What?? I know, this is the stuff dreams are made of. It may not be the healthiest of recipes, but for a tasty dessert it isn't that bad.
