Hello and WELCOME to DAY THREE of our 12 Days Of Fitmas Challenge! How are you all feeling so far? Today's move is all about balance, so it will force you to concentrate on the moment and ignore all distractions. I found today's healthy recipe idea on Pinterest. Wait until you see the amazing vegetable tree! Without further ado, here are today's special gifts.

Tree Pose

Today's pose is Tree Pose. I love this pose because it requires you to really focus on what you are doing. To do this pose, stand with feet together. Slowly lift one foot up and place it against your inner thigh with your foot just above the opposite knee. Keep your knee turned out away from your body. You can modify by placing your foot lower on your leg, or by lightly placing your toes on the floor. Keep your back straight and your shoulders down away from your ears. Bring your hands together in front of you in prayer position, or reach them overhead for more of a challenge. Squeeze your glutes and core to help you balance.

Vegetable Christmas Tree

How cute is this?? We always put out a boring old veggie platter at Christmas, but I think I might try to do this instead.
