Core Work - How To Do Mason Twists
I am working hard on getting back into shape after baby (and c-section) #4. Nutrition plays a large part in having a flat tummy, but there are some great exercises you can do to help strengthen your core area. I am trying to work in a few extra core exercises into my daily routine.
Today I want to share a short demonstration of Mason Twists with you. I demonstrate two versions - level 1 and level 2.
Please excuse the baby belly - I am only 3 months postpartum. :-)
