I’m always looking for healthy, fun, (easy!!) things to make with the boys. One of our favorite snacks is Chocolate Peanut Butter Shakeology bars. Of course I have to share this amazingness with everyone! Here’s the lowdown.

Chocolate Shakeology Peanut Butter Bars

2 cups peanut butter 1 3/4 cups honey 2 1/4 cups chocolate Shakeology 3 cups dry oatmeal or granola (I used oatmeal)

Put peanut butter & honey in bowl, microwave for 70-90 seconds. Then add other ingredients and mix. It will be SUPER thick. Press into 9×13 pan and put in the fridge to cool.

A couple of tips for you:

  • Use a BIG bowl – otherwise it can get messy when you start mixing everything together. As you can see, we made quite the mess on our first attempt. Live and learn. :-)

  • Put the Shakeology in before the oatmeal or granola – this will help kep the Shakology powder from spilling out of the bowl as you mix everything

These are soooo good! My kids help make them, and they love eating them! 70 superfoods in something that tastes like delicious chocolate peanut butter fudge? YES PLEASE!
