HEALTHY HOMEMADE TORTILLA CHIPS
6 - 8 whole wheat tortillas
Olive oil
Salt & Pepper
Ground Cumin & Smoked Paprika (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Cover the tortilla shell in olive oil
Sprinkle salt & pepper on top
Sprinkle ground cumin and/or smoked
paprika for added flavor (optional)
Lay the next tortilla on top and repeat this
process
Once all the tortillas have been seasoned,
cut into small triangle shapes and spread on a cookie sheet.
Bake for 7 minutes or until crispy.
