CROCKPOT SALSA CHICKEN
Makes 4 Servings
4 Chicken breasts
2 Cups fresh salsa
2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican mix)
Cilantro (optional)
Rice and/or beans (optional)
Spray your crockpot with non-stick cooking
spray. Place all four chicken breasts inside.
Dump the salsa on top. Cover and cook on low
for 4 - 5 hours. Add cheese and continue
cooking on low for 1 - 2 more hours.
If desired, top with cilantro and/or serve with rice
and beans.

1 Chicken breast = 1 red
Fresh salsa = 1/2 green
Cheese = 1 blue
If you serve with rice and/or beans make sure to
adjust your containers accordingly.
