HEALTHY CROCKPOT ITALIAN CHICKEN
Makes 4 Servings
4 Chicken breasts
2 Cups sauce (check out the recipe for
Grandma's sauce in the FIXATE cookbook)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Garlic (optional)
Spray your crockpot with non-stick cooking
spray. Place all four chicken breasts inside.
Dump the sauce on top. Add garlic if desired.
Cover and cook on low for 3 1/2 hours.
Sprinkle cheese on top and continue cooking
on low for 2 more hours.

1 Chicken breast = 1 red
Sauce = 1/2 purple
Cheese = 1 blue
If you serve with pasta and/or salad make sure
to adjust your containers accordingly.
