CROCKPOT CHEESY TORTELLINI
Makes 8 - 10 Servings
1 small bag frozen tortellini
2 small cans diced tomatoes or 4 whole tomatoes, diced
4 - 6 cups spinach
1 block cream cheese
1 box vegetable broth
Garlic & Italian seasonings (optional)
Pour half of the vegetable broth in the crockpot.
Add half of the tomatoes and spinach.
Cut half of the block of cream cheese into small pieces and add to the crockpot.
Pour in the bag of frozen tortellinis.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
If you want to use any extra seasonings, add and then cover.
Cook on low for 4 hours. Stir twice to help break up the cream cheese.
