21 DAY FIX PIZZA

6" whole wheat tortilla = 1 yellow

1 tbs. olive oil = 1 orange

1/4 purple sauce

1/2 blue shredded cheese

1- 2 green veggies

 

Spread olive oil on the tortilla shell

 

Spread sauce

 

Put veggies on - I used cut up tomatoes and

spinach, but feel free to add whatever veggies

you like.  If you are looking to get some extra

protein in add some beef, chicken or turkey.  

Make sure to add a red container to your count

if you add any meat.

 

Spread cheese

 

I also like to add Italian Seasoning and garlic

for extra flavor.

 

Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or cook in

the toaster oven.
